NOTE: There are huge offerings within Belltown area with 54 places with happy hours.. now there is a happy neigborhood!
Just a few suggestions from the tattered SeattleBarFly notebook.

Belltown Billiards  4-7pm everyday. $2 brews with 1/2 price happy apps, and 1/2 price pool.. kool. Belltown. 2322 First Ave.

El Goucho Opened more than 50 years ago as a place to meet and mingle around a big firepit. Now, posh yet understaded, El Goucho today is one of Seattle's oldest and most expensive steakhouses. Happy hour, however, is reasonable.. 5pm - 7pm, Tues - Friday, and all day Sunday and Monday. This is SeattleBarFly's most expensive happy hour listing with a $7.50 half pound angus beef burger, or a plate of Dungeness crab cakes with roasted bell pepper pesto. But hey, this is El Goucho. Also, it is said the baby back ribs at $8 are a steal, but is way over the top $ mark for SeattleBarFly. 2505 First Avenue, Seattle, WA. 206-728-1337. www.ElGoucho.com

Cyclops Happy hour M - F 3-6pm; $1 off pints, wells, and $2 off appetizers. Kitchy place with 50's antiques. Food is good! 2421 First Ave Seattle, WA 206-441-1677.

Tia Lou's Happy hour daily M-F 5-7pm; $3 wells, $4 brews, margaritas and Mexican faire food specials. They have a large rooftop deck and it's nice! OUTDOOR SEATING! 2218 First Ave Seattle, WA. 206-733-8226

The Signature Lounge Never mind the Karoke 4 days a week, go for the affordabe assortment of Asian faire.. prawns, BBQed pork sandwitches, and chicken wings all $3. each.. cool. Now, happyness starts at 3pm, goes till 6pm, but wit.. another happy hour begins at 8 till close. Nifty. WELL DRINKS ARE $2.75 TOO. 530 FIRST AVENUE, N, SEATTLE, WA. 206-283-6614

Paragon  4-6pm M-F. $4 Martinis, cosmos, nehi’s, and Sauza margaritas. Select apps are $5. Swanky nightlife bar. Live music on weekdays w/o cover.. nice. Top of Queen Anne. 2125 Queen Anna Ave N.

Toulouse Petit  Chef Eric Donnelly says 'this restaurant knows no limitations..' -and says so right on the menu. French Quarter cuisine and a HUGE happy hour with 75 offerings. 4-5:30pm, then again 10 - 1am.. everyday. Entire selection of oysters, sliders, charcuterie, and steak.. my-oh-my. Very unique to offer a breakfast happy hour from 9am-11am (Mon-Fri) really cool idea. Go for some Southern hospitality in lower Queene Anne. 601 Queen Anne N. Seattle, WA. 206-432-9069 www.ToulousePetit.com

Honorable Mentions: Shorty's, Rendezvous, The Rabbit Hole, Two Bells Tavern, See Sound Lounge, Dahlia Lounge, 5 Point Cafe, Amber, and many more...
