Maple Leaf Bar and Grill, The 3-5pm M-F. Beer and wine specials. Rotating lunch and dinner specials too. Good food.. quiet neigborhood establishment built into a grand old home. 90th and Roosevelt Ave.
RAM, The in the northwest enterance of Northgate Mall. Sister to U-Village RAM. Happy hour 4-6pm M-F, with $1 off wines, brews, drink specials. Get there early, lotsa mall-goers and it gets crowded on weekends.. especially Friday nights. The food is pretty good too. Chicken ranch "burger" was tasty, and the salads are good. Wedgewood Alehouse, The 3-5pm M-F. $3 pints. $3 nachos. OUTDOOR SEATING. Yep, there's a great place in Wedgewood! Music on some nights too.. Kinda reminds me of a classic Irish pub.. open beam cielings etc... 8515 35th Ave NE.

Kona Kitchen The 3 to 5pm. New spot for the SBF with REAL Hawaiian food! Yeah, the fine people at Kona tells me there's a happy hour but I have not imbibed.. someth'in about $3 brews and $2 'pupu's' (Hawaiian for appitizers). Well, this place is mentined here for the killer authentic Hawaiian cuisine.. Go check it ok? Mahalo! Owned and operated by film actor, Yuji Okumoto, Kona Kitchen is a quiet, relaxing spot.. just a family owned place.
