Warm colors in wood, rock, and tile fill this all new bar and restaurant. The dining level booths are gorgious. Still located in the 9-story 'AGC' building at the southwest corner of Lake Union, the uber-classic Harborside still sports great happy hour - now with 11 offerings, and all priced at $5... like Dungeness crab spring rolls, Alaskan ling cod fish & chips, and Surf-n-turf sliders... with brews specials too! Happy to see the Harborside back in business! Congratuations for a well-done remodel! Happy hour everday 3-6:30 p.m. Three locations: 1103 First, 623-5500; 722 Fourth, 682-3900; and 1200 Westlake N. Ivar's Salmon House One of the best happy hours in Seattle with the best outdoor deck.. it's a huge barge really! It's like a trip to Tillicum Village but without the boat ride... and a far better deal with a full bar. BooYeah! Could it get any better? Really? Yes. IN THE WINTER months -The happy hour goes all night! Their bar is called 'The Whalemaker Lounge', and like the deck, it too offers one hellova great view of downtown Seattle (twilight is best). Ivar's is located at canal side, north shore.. kinda under the I-5 freeway ship canal bridge. Take your date here and act like a big cheeze with plenty of happy food at a ok prices (they raised $ awhile back) but get cuddly with the downtown Seattle skyline.. Ahhhaaa. Happy hour deals on well drinks and wines, $4 draft beers too. Appetizers like chowder, Halibut bites, popcorn shrimp, and chips! fish caesar rocks but pricy for a happy hour.. still real good! High Life Fremont's best 'dive' bar is happy at real mixed times... Tues 5-10, Monday then Weds-Sun 5- 6:30; then 10 -11. Sheesh.. a complex schedule for happy hour? All I want is a drink. Dumb but I'm sure they have their reasons. Anyway, $3 for drafts wells and wine and $4 to $6 food specials. 5425 Russell Ave NW Seattle, WA. 206-784-7272
